How an order starts

Three steps, no catalogue guessing

A photograph tells us the shape. Your drawing tells us what to make.

01

Identify the part

Send the drawing, a photograph with a ruler in frame, or the part number stamped on the component. A reference from this catalogue is enough to start.

02

Agree the specification

Material, coating, tolerance and marking go into the quotation before a price does. Anything your drawing leaves open, we ask about instead of assuming.

03

Quote, sample, produce

Price against the agreed specification. New parts can be sampled first, then batch production, export packing and shipping documents.

Quality

What we will put in writing

Four commitments that survive contact with a purchase order.

Specification

Quoted to your standard, not ours

Your drawing and your project standard drive the quotation: material, coating, tolerance and marking are written down before the price.

Inspection

Checked at setting, checked before packing

Dimensional check when the tooling is set, coating and appearance check before the cartons close. If a measurement matters, name it on the drawing.

Documents

Paperwork travels with the goods

Packing list, invoice and certificate of origin with every shipment; mill certificates and inspection records where the order calls for them.

Honesty

No certificates are displayed here

We do not put certification marks on this website. If your tender requires ISO, CRCC or EN approval, ask us — we will say what we hold and what we do not.

A photograph with a ruler in frame is usually enough to begin.
